Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for all standard orders and pre‑orders, provided items are:
o Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
o Untampered and hygienically intact
o Accompanied by proof of purchase

Cooling‑Off Period
For online purchases, customers may cancel their order within 5 business days of delivery.
o Products must remain unopened and hygienically intact.
o Refunds will be issued minus disclosed return shipping costs.
o Opened hair extensions cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
Defective Goods Guarantee (CPA Section 56)
LISSE hair extensions are covered by a 6‑month guarantee against manufacturing defects.
o Valid defects include excessive shedding, incorrect length/texture, or damage upon arrival.
o Customers may choose a refund, repair, or replacement.
o This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, chemical treatments, heat styling, or failure to follow LISSE’s care instructions.
o All returned items will be inspected to confirm whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault or consumer misuse.
Exchanges
The fastest way to secure your preferred style is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Pre‑Order Terms
o Pre‑orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
o After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
o Returns follow the same 7 days window after delivery.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and fairness, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
o Opened bundles or tampered packaging
o Final sale or promotional items
o Free gifts

o Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection.
