Shipping policy

At LISSE, we take pride in ensuring that every order is handled with care and delivered securely to your door. Our delivery process is designed to balance efficiency with the meticulous standards required for luxury hair extensions.

Courier Partner

All orders are delivered via The Courier Guy, a trusted South African courier service. Customers receive tracking details by email and/or SMS once their parcel has been dispatched, allowing full visibility of the delivery journey.

Processing & Delivery

o  Standard orders are processed within 1– 2 business days.

o  Each LISSE extension is prepared strand by strand to ensure premium quality and authenticity. Because of this meticulous process, pre-orders for items not in current inventory may take up to 6 weeks before delivery.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on location:

o  Major cities: 1–3 business days

o  Regional areas: 3–5 business days

o  Remote areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service type. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders (for example, bundles over R1000). Delivery fees are non‑refundable, except where LISSE is at fault.

Risk & Liability

LISSE ensures secure packaging that meets Courier Guy standards. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. Until delivery, LISSE remains responsible for the safe handling of your order.

While LISSE cannot control courier delays, we remain committed to assisting with tracking and escalation. In line with the CPA, customers retain the right to cancel their order if delivery is unreasonably delayed.

Claims

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, providing sufficient time for inspection while ensuring prompt resolution. Supporting documentation or photographs may be requested to assist in processing claims.

Compliance

This delivery policy is designed to align with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, ensuring transparency, fairness, and protection for all LISSE customers.
