Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout, and fulfil your order as a pre-order that is awaiting delivery within a 6 weeks period from date of order. You can cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You can request a refund.
